Set Up Branding in Osmind

To set up branding for your organization in Osmind, you can follow these steps:

Self-Service Setup:

  1. Navigate to the gear icon in the top right corner next to your name

  2. Go to Settings > Brand

  1. Add your branding elements:

    • Upload your logo (high-resolution .jpg, .png, or .gif file recommended)

    • Add your business/practice name

    • Set your brand colors

    • Add links to social media accounts and website

    • Configure your letterhead settings

Your branding elements (logo, company name, and color scheme) will automatically appear throughout the platform and be visible to patients for a semi-white-labeled, custom look.

Assisted Setup: If you need help with branding setup, you can submit a request through the support portal:

  • Fill out the Request EHR Branding form at the support ticket portal

  • Provide your practice name, logo, website URL, and any social media links

  • The Osmind support team will configure your branding and notify you when it's live

What Gets Branded: Your branding will appear on:

  • The platform sidebar

  • Emails to patients

  • Your personalized patient portal sign-in URL

  • Generated notes and documents

  • Patient portal

  • Booking links
