Exporting Your Data from Osmind

If your organization is transitioning off Osmind, our team can provide an export of your organization's data.

What's Included in an Export?

Your export is delivered as one or more ZIP files and may include the following:

Provider Documents

Documents uploaded and stored by providers within Osmind.

Patient Documents

Documents uploaded to patient records.

Each patient will have their own folder containing their uploaded documents.

Example folder name:

Jane_Doe_1234567

The numeric identifier is a system-generated patient identifier.

Chart Notes

Patient chart notes are exported as PDF files.

Example file name:

Jane_Doe_1234567_charts.pdf

Each PDF contains the patient's chart notes.

Additional Practice Data

Depending on your needs, Osmind may also be able to provide exports of:

  • Patient lists

  • Appointment data

  • Payment data

  • Other operational reporting data

Please let Support or your Customer Success Manager know what information you need so we can determine the appropriate export.

What Is Not Included?

Messaging and Chat Data

Messaging and chat history are not included in Osmind's data export.

If you require access to messaging data, please contact our team. In some cases, custom retrieval may be possible, but additional review and engineering effort may be required.

Requesting an Export

To request an export of your organization's data, contact your Customer Success Manager or Osmind Support.

Please include:

  • Your organization name

  • The type of data you would like exported

  • Your desired timeline

Our team will coordinate the export and provide instructions for receiving the files.
