Adding a New User to Osmind

When you need to add a new staff member to your Osmind account, Osmind handles the setup on your behalf. To get started, all you need to do is let us know who you're adding and which permission template fits their role. Once you've decided, please submit this form.
Choosing a User Type
Office Staff
Best for: Front desk, intake coordinators, technicians, administrative support
Includes client management, scheduling, care team assignment, basic billing, fax viewing, and lab viewing.
Billing Staff
Best for: Billing coordinators
Full billing access, limited access elsewhere — no charting or scheduling.
Clinician
Best for: Clinicians (standard)
Full clinical access: charting, scheduling, labs, and care plans. No org-level admin rights.
Clinician Super Admin
Best for: Senior clinicians who also oversee operations
Everything in the Clinician template, plus org-level admin access — billing management, charting on behalf of others, and org-wide resources.
Super Admin
Best for: Practice managers, non-clinical operations staff
Broad operational access including billing, scheduling, and org resources. No clinical charting rights.
